Lachlan Sholl

The son of former Blue Brett Sholl, Lachlan Sholl arrived at West Lakes via pick 64 in the 2018 National Draft after narrowly missing out on father-son eligibility at Carlton. A prototypical outside runner, Sholl quickly built a reputation for his elite endurance and capacity to hit targets on either foot, providing vital spread from the contest. He etched his name into the record books early in his career as a rare dual Rising Star nominee across the 2020 and 2021 seasons, showcasing his potential as a high-production wingman capable of racking up possessions. While he occasionally battled for selection as he refined the contested side of his game, Sholl established himself as a reliable link-up player for the Crows, using his aerobic tank to outwork opponents in transition.
