The biggest rating climbs of 2026, measured from where a player finished the season before to where they stand now, so a pre-season leap counts. Each point is scored at the rating it was won at, because the field thins as it rises and a point at 85 is far harder than a point at 60. See how each club's best 23 has moved.

Sorted by the weighted climb, so the last page is who fell furthest and from the greatest height. The weighted figure credits every point of a climb at the rating it was earned at, which works out as the size of the climb times its midpoint: 64 to 65 is worth about 65, and eleven points won from 76 beat the same eleven won from 55. Falls are charged on the same terms, so six points lost off 89 costs more than six lost off 60. Players need eight games in the season to qualify: improving over three games is three good games, not improvement. The starting figure is where a player finished the previous season, or his first game where he had not been rated before, which is marked as a debut.
