Stats
Bio
Recruited from Claremont with pick 42 in the 2024 National Draft, Hugh Boxshall joined St Kilda as a hard-running midfielder distinguished by his elite endurance and two-way work rate. After impressing at WAFL colts level as a prolific ball-winner, he earned his AFL debut in 2025, where he began to translate his accumulation game to the senior level. Boxshall has primarily been utilised for his ability to cover ground and link up play between the arcs, though he has spent time rotating through the VFL to build the physical resilience required for consistent AFL football. With 11 games recorded across his first two seasons, he remains a developing prospect focused on cementing a regular position in the Saints' engine room.
