Bio
Recruited from Tuggeranong in the ACT, Aaron Rogers was selected by Melbourne with pick 26 in the 2001 National Draft as a promising key defender. He struggled to secure a regular position in the Demons' lineup, managing just two senior appearances across two seasons while developing with VFL affiliate Sandringham. Seeking greater opportunities, Rogers was traded to the Sydney Swans at the end of 2003 in exchange for a third-round selection, a move that allowed him to return to his home region. However, he was unable to break into the Swans' senior team during the 2004 season and was subsequently delisted without adding to his career game tally.
