Bio
A tough, in-and-under midfielder recruited from the Calder Cannons and St Bernard’s, Adam Iacobucci was selected by Collingwood with pick 62 in the 2004 National Draft. He broke into the senior side early in the 2005 season, debuting against St Kilda, but found it difficult to retain his place in a competitive Magpies lineup. Although his AFL career was limited to just four games over two years, he was a standout performer at state league level, winning the Joseph Wren Memorial Trophy as Collingwood's best VFL player in his final season. Following his delisting, Iacobucci established himself as a VFL star with the Northern Bullants, where he captained the club to consecutive Grand Finals and won the Laurie Hill Trophy as best and fairest.
