Bio
Recruited from the Calder Cannons with pick 21 in the 2007 National Draft, Addam Maric entered the AFL as a creative small forward renowned for his sharp kicking skills and goal sense. Despite his obvious technical ability, he struggled to translate his junior dominance into consistent senior performances, often finding himself on the fringe of selection during a tumultuous rebuilding phase for Melbourne. After failing to cement a spot in the Demons' best 22 over four seasons, he was delisted and subsequently thrown a lifeline by Richmond via the 2012 Rookie Draft. Maric managed 10 games in his sole season at Punt Road, frequently utilized as the substitute, but was unable to secure a long-term future and was delisted for the final time at the conclusion of 2012.
