Bio
Recruited from local club West Coburg, Adrian Beer was a tall key position prospect who earned his chance with North Melbourne as a teenager during the 1961 season. Standing 188cm—a significant height for the era—he made his senior debut at just 17 years of age, offering the Shinboners a developing option in the big man department. Despite his physical attributes and early exposure to VFL football, Beer found opportunities scarce, managing just four senior appearances in his solitary season at Arden Street before his brief tenure at the top level concluded.
