Bio
Born in Dandenong, Albert Bragg was recruited from St Kilda District and made his senior debut for the Saints in the opening round of the 1920 season against Collingwood at the Junction Oval. A handy forward pocket with a reliable eye for the big sticks, Bragg showed early promise by booting goals in five of his seven VFL appearances, including a two-goal haul against Carlton. Despite his consistent scoreboard contribution during the first half of the year, he lost his place in the side after Round 8 and did not return to the senior lineup. Bragg later extended his football journey in the VFA, suiting up for Prahran in the mid-1920s.
