Stats
Bio
Recruited from local nurseries at Geelong College, Alf Millar was a teenage prospect who made his senior debut for the Pivotonians at just 17 years of age. Standing 180cm—a solid height for a forward in the Edwardian era—he showed immediate aptitude around the sticks, managing to boot three goals across his five appearances during the 1905 season. Despite this promising introduction to senior football, his VFL career was ultimately confined to that single winter, with the youngster unable to cement a long-term position in the lineup. He remains a representative of the strong link between the club and the local public schools during the league's formative years.
