Bio
Recruited from Black Rock in the Federal League, Allan Le Nepveu joined Hawthorn in 1947 as a lightly built utility who primarily operated on the wing and half-forward flank. He became a reliable contributor for the Hawks during a difficult on-field era for the club, tallying 55 games over six seasons while occasional shifts in position prevented him from settling into a permanent role. He crossed to St Kilda in 1953 for a final season of senior football, where he added nine games to his career total. After hanging up his boots, Le Nepveu established a successful printing business and maintained a lifelong connection to the game as a dedicated coterie member for the Saints.
