Bio
Recruited from Beaumaris in the club's bayside zone, Andrew Jobling was a lean utility who battled to cement a regular senior spot during a tumultuous period for St Kilda. Debuting as a teenager in late 1983, he spent five seasons at Moorabbin but often found himself on the fringe of selection, managing just 24 games while the Saints frequently struggled near the foot of the ladder. Jobling has since candidly described himself as a player of limited natural ability who relied on sheer persistence to compete at the highest level. Following his departure from the VFL after the 1987 season, he successfully transitioned into the health and wellness industry, becoming a best-selling author and mindset coach who uses his football journey as a testament to resilience.
