Bio
Archibald Blacker is a promising key forward who developed his football through the Marist community club and the GWS Giants Academy program. Earning selection for the Under-17 Futures showcase in 2025, the 194cm prospect continued his steady progression into his draft year with the Giants in the Talent League. He produced a standout performance against the Bachar Houli Academy early in the 2026 season, booting a bag of five goals in a dominant marking display that highlighted his impressive aerial strength and dangerous forward craft.
As a member of the Giants Academy, Blacker is officially tied to Greater Western Sydney. With his imposing size, strong hands and natural ability to impact the scoreboard inside the forward 50, the club is fully expected to match any rival bid for his services when the national draft arrives.
