Stats
Bio
Recruited from the Police Football Club, Arthur Treloar was a Ballarat-born forward who earned a brief opportunity with Fitzroy during the club’s golden era in the early 1900s. He debuted late in the 1907 season and managed a respectable three goals from his four senior appearances, showing promise in front of the big sticks. However, the 177cm attacker struggled to displace the established stars of a formidable Maroons lineup that had recently contested three consecutive Grand Finals. Unable to cement a regular spot in the side, his top-level career was short-lived, and he passed away prematurely at the age of 42 while at sea.
