Bio
Recruited from the Calder Cannons with pick 60 in the 2004 National Draft, Ben Davies was a running midfielder who faced difficulty cementing a spot in Mick Malthouse's rotation at Collingwood. After managing 12 appearances over three seasons with the Magpies, he was traded to North Melbourne during the 2007 trade period in exchange for pick 96, seeking greater continuity at senior level. Despite the change of scenery, Davies struggled to break into the Kangaroos' lineup, adding just two games to his career tally before being delisted at the conclusion of the 2008 season.
