Stats
Bio
A towering red-headed follower from Rupanyup, Bob Dunlop arrived at Windy Hill as a mature-age recruit and made an immediate impact in the VFL. Standing 192cm, he utilized his height effectively as a ruck-forward, playing every game in his debut 1960 season and booting 20 goals to win Essendon’s Best First Year Player award. Despite that promising start, his form wavered in his second year, and after managing just eight appearances in the first half of 1961, he departed the League to return to country football in the Wimmera.
