Stats
Bio
Recruited from Kerang in northern Victoria, Bob Rinder was a tall utility who briefly featured for St Kilda during their disastrous 1901 campaign. Standing 179cm, a considerable height for the era, he was immediately selected for the senior side and made his debut in the opening round against South Melbourne. Rinder played the first three games of the season, labouring in a team that was comprehensively beaten in each outing on its way to a winless year. Unable to impact the contest significantly as the Saints shuffled their lineup in search of answers, he was omitted after the Round 3 loss to Melbourne and did not appear at VFL level again.
