Bio
Recruited from East Fremantle with pick 44 in the 2006 National Draft, Brad Dick was a lively small forward whose AFL journey was defined as much by his natural talent as it was by persistent injuries. Possessing blistering speed and elite defensive pressure, he showed significant promise as a goal-sneaking crumber, most notably during the 2009 Queen's Birthday clash against Melbourne where he booted five goals in a match-winning display. However, his tenure at Collingwood was continually interrupted by serious setbacks, including major knee and shoulder reconstructions, which limited him to just 27 games across five seasons. Delisted by the Magpies following the 2011 season, he was thrown a lifeline by West Coast and returned to his home state, but further knee injuries prevented him from making a senior appearance for the Eagles. Ultimately forced into premature retirement, Dick is remembered as a gifted player whose potential was never fully realised due to the heavy physical toll on his body.
