Bio
Recruited to the Brisbane Bears from St Kilda's lower grades, Brad Pearce struggled to make an impact in Queensland, managing just two senior appearances before being handed a lifeline by Carlton in the 1993 National Draft. The move to Princes Park unlocked his potential, with the opportunistic forward quickly establishing himself as a potent goal-kicker capable of crumbing at the feet of key talls or marking on the lead. Pearce's career zenith arrived during the Blues' dominant 1995 campaign, where he played every game and contributed a vital four-goal haul in the Grand Final victory over Geelong. Although his later seasons were interrupted by injury and selection issues, eventually leading to his retirement at the end of 1999, he remains celebrated as a Premiership player who provided a dynamic scoring punch during a golden era for the club.
