Recruited through the Sydney Swans Academy, Braeden Campbell arrived at the club with lofty expectations after the Swans matched an early bid at pick five in the 2020 National Draft to secure the local talent. Distinguished by his elite speed and a penetrating left boot, Campbell carved out a niche as a rebounding defender and wingman capable of breaking lines and shifting the angle of attack with precision kicking.
