Bio
Recruited from Bairnsdale in country Victoria, Brian Perrin was a solidly built utility who debuted for Footscray in the 1980 season. Standing 180cm with a robust frame, he offered versatility to the Bulldogs' lineup but found it difficult to command a permanent spot in the senior side, playing 34 games across four seasons. He largely served as a depth player who drifted between the senior team and the reserves during a transitional era for the club. After parting ways with Footscray at the end of 1983, Perrin extended his football career by moving to the WAFL, where he played for West Perth in the mid-1980s.
