Bio
A mature-age recruit from Camperdown in the Hampden Football League, Brian Williams arrived at Fitzroy for the 1963 season already in his late twenties. Standing 185cm and weighing a significant 99kg, he brought a heavy frame to the Lions' lineup, offering a physically imposing presence in the contests. He was selected for the opening two rounds of the season against Carlton and Footscray but struggled to maintain his place in the senior side. His VFL career was brief, concluding after those two solitary appearances before he departed the top level.
