Bio
Recruited from Tasmania, Brodie Moles began his AFL journey on Geelong’s rookie list during the club's dominant premiership era in the late 2000s. While he was unable to break into the Cats' star-studded senior lineup, he established himself as a standout performer in the VFL, earning Team of the Year honours before being delisted without a senior debut. Thrown a lifeline by the Western Bulldogs as a mature-age rookie in 2010, Moles immediately seized his second chance, playing 13 games in his first season as a tough, goal-kicking midfielder who added grunt to the engine room. Despite this promising start, a combination of persistent shoulder and ankle injuries derailed his momentum over the subsequent two years, preventing him from cementing a permanent spot in the side before his departure at the end of 2012.
