Bio
Selected by Port Adelaide with pick 12 in the 2010 Rookie Draft, Cameron Hitchcock made an immediate impression at Alberton, earning an elevation to the senior list to debut in Round 1 of his first season. A diminutive crumbing forward known for his agility, goal sense, and defensive pressure, he enjoyed a promising debut year but struggled to maintain that momentum as persistent injuries began to take their toll. Shoulder and hamstring issues severely restricted his availability between 2011 and 2013, preventing him from cementing a permanent spot in the Power's forward line. Unable to break back into the senior side consistently during the early Ken Hinkley era, Hitchcock was delisted at the conclusion of the 2014 season.
