Bio
Arriving at Fremantle via the 2009 Rookie Draft from Swan Districts, Clancee Pearce initially fought to establish himself at AFL level, playing sporadically across his first few seasons. His career trajectory shifted dramatically following the arrival of coach Ross Lyon, under whom Pearce significantly improved his fitness and professionalism. This dedication transformed him from a fringe player into a reliable ball-winner, utilising his elite endurance and precise kicking skills to link play from half-back through the midfield.
Pearce became a fixture of the Dockers' lineup during their most successful era, playing a vital role in the club's run to the 2013 Grand Final. Often tasked with disciplined tagging roles or accumulating uncontested possessions to control the tempo, he was a consistent performer valued for his disposal efficiency. He reached the 100-game milestone in 2016, but recurring injuries and list regeneration saw him delisted at the conclusion of that season, marking the end of a commendable career as a rookie success story.
