Bio
Recruited from the Oakleigh Chargers with pick 15 in the 2020 National Draft, Conor Stone arrived at Greater Western Sydney as a high-potential forward-midfielder known for his running power and penetrating kick. His development was significantly hampered by recurring soft-tissue injuries, preventing him from establishing a foothold in the senior side during his initial seasons. While capable of hitting the scoreboard, Stone was eventually repurposed as a rebounding defender to utilise his athleticism and versatility behind the ball. Despite showing glimpses of his first-round talent, he has largely remained on the fringe of the Giants' best 22, battling for fitness and continuity as a depth utility in a strong squad.
