Stats
Bio
Recruited from North Hobart, David Noble’s playing career at the top level was fleeting, comprising just two senior appearances for Fitzroy in 1991. While his time on the field as a midfielder was brief, Noble carved out a substantial reputation as one of the league's most astute administrators over the subsequent decades. After serving as an assistant coach at the Western Bulldogs and Adelaide, he transitioned into high-level management, overseeing successful periods as Head of Football for the Crows and later orchestrating the Brisbane Lions' list rebuild as General Manager of Football. This administrative success eventually led to an opportunity as senior coach of North Melbourne in 2021, though his tenure proved challenging and ended midway through the 2022 season during a difficult rebuilding phase for the club.
