Bio
Recruited from the Wimmera town of Murtoa, Don Stewart was a country footballer who earned a mid-season trial with St Kilda during the 1932 VFL season. He made his debut in Round 7 against Fitzroy and held his place in the senior side for four consecutive matches, a block of games highlighted by a narrow six-point victory over Geelong at the Junction Oval. Unable to impact the scoreboard or secure a permanent role in the lineup, Stewart's brief League career concluded after a heavy loss to Richmond in Round 10, after which he eventually drifted out of VFL calculations.
