Stats
Bio
Born in Geelong, Gavin Morgan was a diminutive rover recruited from the local Woodlands Football Club in the Essendon District Football League. Standing at just 166cm and weighing 65kg, he was an incredibly light midfielder who relied on ground-level agility to compete against physically imposing opponents. He managed to break into the senior side for a handful of games across the 1932 and 1933 seasons but struggled to impact the scoreboard or secure a permanent position in the line-up. His brief VFL tenure ended just as the Bombers were beginning their transition into the Dick Reynolds era, and he departed Windy Hill without registering a goal in his six career appearances.
