Bio
Recruited from Caulfield Grammarians, Geoff Cayzer was a tall, left-footed ruckman with a rich football pedigree as the grandson of Carlton legend Alf Baud. He made an immediate impact upon his 1967 debut, booting three goals against Footscray at Moorabbin, but found it difficult to cement a permanent spot in the senior side. Seeking greater opportunity, Cayzer moved to Tasmania and became a central figure in Latrobe's golden era, anchoring two NWFU premierships before briefly returning to the Saints for a solitary game in 1971. After winning a third flag upon his return to the Apple Isle, he transitioned into a successful business career, establishing a lasting local profile as the founder of Cayzer Real Estate.
