Stats
Bio
Recruited from Lang Lang in the Gippsland region, Geoff Jones was a diminutive footballer who earned a brief opportunity at North Melbourne during the mid-1960s. Standing at just 173cm and weighing 71kg, he possessed the slight frame of a rover or small utility player typical of the era. He broke into the senior lineup during the 1965 VFL season, donning the number 5 guernsey for three matches as the Shinboners finished just outside the finals. Unable to cement a regular spot in the side, his tenure at Arden Street was limited to that single season before his VFL career concluded.
