Bio
Recruited from the local Essendon CYMS side, George McGorlick was a diminutive rover who served as a depth player for the Bombers during the mid-1930s. Standing just 174cm, he experienced a peculiar career trajectory at Windy Hill, playing exactly one senior game in each of his three seasons on the list (1935, 1936, and 1937). Despite his inability to break into the regular rotation, he showed some aptitude around the sticks, booting two goals across his three sporadic appearances. He left the VFL scene after the 1937 season having never played consecutive senior matches.
