Bio
Recruited from Nandaly in the Mallee, Greg "Super" Conlan arrived at Punt Road with a reputation for a monstrous boot, famously winning the 1979 Sunkick long-kicking competition as a junior. He made an immediate impact in the under-19s, tasting premiership success in his first season in 1980, but found the transition to senior level difficult during a turbulent period for the Tigers. A utility capable of taking a strong mark, Conlan became a stalwart of the reserves with 70 appearances but managed just six senior games across three seasons before continuing his career in the VFA with Camberwell.
