Bio
Recruited from the Coburg Juniors, Guy Moore was a precocious talent who made his senior debut for Collingwood at just 16 years of age. He was thrown straight into the action as a full-forward against Richmond in 1945, impressing immediately by booting two goals in his first appearance. A capable forward who featured intermittently for the Magpies throughout the immediate post-war era, he played 36 games over five seasons but struggled to cement a permanent spot in the starting eighteen. After finishing his VFL career in 1949, Moore eventually moved to the VFA, crossing to Preston in 1952 to continue his football journey.
