Stats
Bio
Recruited from local side Moonee Ponds, Harry Dussell was a tall forward who arrived at Essendon during the club's difficult post-World War I rebuilding phase. Standing 182cm, he possessed the size to play as a key position target or follower, making an immediate impact with consecutive three-goal hauls in his first two VFL appearances in 1919. Despite his promising start in front of goal, Dussell's career was relatively brief, spanning just three seasons and 32 games for the "Same Olds" as they struggled to find form near the bottom of the ladder. He remained a regular contributor throughout the 1919 and 1920 campaigns before departing the league after the 1921 season.
