Selected by Carlton with pick 41 in the 2020 National Draft, Jack Carroll arrived from East Fremantle as a poised midfielder with a damaging left foot. Despite an eye-catching debut in 2022 where he booted a goal with his first kick, the West Australian struggled to cement a regular spot in a Blues engine room dominated by established stars like Patrick Cripps and Sam Walsh. After managing 21 appearances across four seasons at Princes Park, he was delisted at the conclusion of 2024 but quickly found a lifeline at St Kilda as a delisted free agent. Now entering his second season at Moorabbin, Carroll provides the Saints with outside polish and depth as he looks to build on his limited opportunities and fulfill his potential at the top level.
