Bio
Recruited from the Collingwood VFL program with pick 3 in the 2024 Mid-Season Rookie Draft, Jack Hutchinson earned his shot at the elite level after impressing as a high-flying forward in state league football. Originally hailing from Wonthaggi, the mature-age recruit was quickly integrated into the West Coast line-up, providing an athletic option capable of playing across half-forward or pushing onto a wing. Despite his reputation for spectacular marking and aerial contests, Hutchinson played primarily as a connecting utility during his first two seasons, resulting in a modest goal return as he focused on pressure and structural discipline. Now entering his third campaign at the club, he continues to fight for a consistent spot in the senior side, looking to add more offensive impact to his athletic profile.
