Stats
Bio
A local recruit from Prahran Districts, Jack Lake was a mid-sized utility who earned a brief trial with St Kilda during the 1934 VFL season. Standing 178cm with a solid 78kg frame, he was brought into the senior side to provide depth but found opportunities scarce in a St Kilda lineup that finished eighth on the ladder. His top-level career consisted of just two appearances before he fell out of contention, a fleeting tenure typical of the high roster turnover seen during the Depression era.
