Bio
Recruited from the Northern Knights with pick 38 in the 2017 National Draft, Jack Petruccelle arrived at West Coast boasting an elite basketball background and blistering pace that made him one of the fastest players in the competition. Initially deployed as a high-octane small forward, he tantalised supporters with his ability to burn opponents on the lead and hit the scoreboard in bursts, highlighted by a match-winning four-goal haul against Port Adelaide in 2021. Despite his electric attributes, Petruccelle's time at the Eagles was frequently frustrated by recurring hamstring injuries and form fluctuations, which prevented him from cementing a permanent lock in the best 22. Late in his tenure, the coaching staff attempted to utilise his speed further up the ground on a wing, but he struggled to find consistency during the club's difficult rebuilding phase and departed West Coast following the 2025 season.
