Bio
Recruited from the Oakleigh Chargers with pick 40 in the 2013 National Draft, Jay Kennedy-Harris arrived at Melbourne as a small forward and wingman renowned for his elite endurance and work rate. He showed immediate promise in his debut season under Paul Roos, playing 14 games and impressing with his pressure inside 50. However, his career momentum was stalled by a series of hamstring injuries and inconsistent form, which saw him drift to the fringes of selection as the Demons began their climb up the ladder. Primarily used as a depth player who performed strongly at VFL level for Casey, he was unable to reclaim a permanent position in the senior side and was ultimately delisted at the conclusion of the 2019 season.
