Bio
Recruited from the North Ballarat Rebels with pick 24 in the 2000 National Draft, Jeremy Humm struggled to cement a permanent position in a West Coast side that was rapidly evolving into a premiership force. A hard-running utility capable of playing across half-forward or through the midfield, he found his pathway blocked by a legendary Eagles engine room featuring Ben Cousins, Chris Judd, and Daniel Kerr, restricting him to just 22 games over five seasons. After being delisted following the 2005 season, Humm was thrown a lifeline by Richmond, who selected him with the first pick in the 2006 Pre-Season Draft hoping to add maturity to their list. However, his time at Punt Road proved brief as he managed just a single senior appearance for the Tigers before being delisted again, concluding his career as a depth player who could not translate solid state league form into regular AFL football.
