Bio
Recruited from Clarence in the Tasmanian State League, Jeromey Webberley was selected by Richmond with pick 67 in the 2009 National Draft, arriving at Punt Road during the early stages of the Damien Hardwick rebuild. A rebounding defender possessing a raking left-foot kick, he was tasked with distributing the ball from the back half and initiating attacking forays. After debuting in 2010, he managed 16 appearances over his first two years but struggled to cement a permanent position in the side's best 22 as the club's defensive stocks improved. Unable to crack the senior team throughout the entire 2012 season, he was delisted at the end of that year and returned to Tasmania, where he later established himself as a respected coach in the state league and talent pathways.
