Stats
Bio
Jim Hall was a diminutive but dangerous rover who crossed over from Oakleigh to play for St Kilda during the Second World War. Standing at just 168cm, he compensated for his size with an uncanny ability to hit the scoreboard, regularly serving as a potent attacking option in a struggling Saints lineup. Hall's goal sense saw him finish as the club's runner-up goalkicker in 1944 before sharing the leading goalkicker honour with Sam Snell in 1945. Despite his success at VFL level, his tenure at the Junction Oval was brief, and he returned to Oakleigh in the VFA for the 1946 season.
