Bio
The younger brother of Fitzroy champions Jim and Mick Grace, Joe Grace briefly joined his siblings at the Brunswick Street Oval during the club's golden era at the turn of the century. Breaking into a formidable lineup that had secured back-to-back premierships in 1898 and 1899 proved a difficult task, and he managed just two senior appearances during the 1900 VFL season. Unable to emulate the sustained success of his famous relatives or secure a permanent place in the Maroons' powerful side, his top-level career concluded without him adding further to his games tally.
