Bio
Selected by Geelong with pick 54 in the 2010 National Draft, Jordan Schroder was a prolific midfielder at state league level who found opportunities scarce in a star-studded AFL lineup. A hard-at-it contested ball winner with the ability to drift forward and kick goals, he capped off a dominant 2013 season by tying for the J.J. Liston Trophy as the VFL's best and fairest player. However, he struggled to break past the likes of Joel Selwood and Jimmy Bartel in the senior pecking order, managing just five games across four years at Kardinia Park. Following his delisting at the end of 2014, he crossed to Essendon to play in the VFL for the 2015 season but did not add to his senior AFL game tally.
