A running defender and wingman, he utilises his elite aerobic tank to peel off opponents and provide rebound options in transition, often acting as a link-up player between the arcs. Despite his prolific state league form, breaking into Fremantle’s settled defence proved difficult, restricting him to sporadic opportunities during his first few seasons. By 2026, he had logged 31 senior games, serving largely as a reliable depth option while fighting to cement a permanent spot in the Dockers' best 22.
