Bio
Recruited from the Coburg Amateurs, Keith Rochow joined Fitzroy for the 1957 season, arriving at the club alongside his brother Phil. Standing 188cm, he was a tall key position prospect who had to wait until the tail end of the year to make his debut, eventually breaking into the senior lineup for the final four rounds. He managed to hold his spot to close out the season, booting his solitary VFL goal in his final appearance against North Melbourne at the Junction Oval. While his league career was brief, Rochow later established a significant legacy off the field, receiving an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 2014 for his decades of service to sporting, child, and aged care organisations.
