Bio
Recruited from East Fremantle as a mature-age arrival, Ken Judge made an immediate impact upon joining Hawthorn in 1983, quickly establishing himself as a clever half-forward with an uncanny goal sense. He slotted seamlessly into the Hawks' formidable attack, playing a key role in the 1983 premiership side during his debut season and featuring in subsequent Grand Finals as a reliable avenue to goal. After four successful years at Glenferrie, Judge moved north to join the Brisbane Bears for their inaugural 1987 season, where his experience was vital for the new club's forward structure. Following his retirement in 1988, he transitioned into a significant coaching career that included stints at the helm of both Hawthorn and the West Coast Eagles.
