Bio
Recruited from Ivanhoe, Ken Rosewarne arrived at Victoria Park facing the difficult task of cracking a lineup that was still largely comprised of the stars from Collingwood's legendary "Machine" era. A capable forward, he earned his selection midway through the 1932 season and managed to hit the scoreboard during his brief stint at the top level. Despite this promise, the sheer depth of the Magpies' list—spearheaded by the prolific Gordon Coventry—meant opportunities were scarce for emerging attackers. Rosewarne's VFL career was ultimately limited to just two senior appearances before he fell out of the rotation, a victim of the incredible squad depth at Collingwood during one of its most dominant periods.
