Bio
Recruited from East Perth, Kevin Bryant arrived at North Melbourne in 1979 as a polished WAFL premiership defender and best-and-fairest winner. A versatile key position player standing 189cm, Bryant was primarily deployed at centre half-back but proved a dangerous option when swung into attack, famously booting three goals in the Roos' 1979 Qualifying Final victory over Collingwood. Although injuries and formidable squad depth restricted his VFL continuity, he proved a valuable utility at Arden Street for six seasons before returning to Western Australia, where he later contributed to the West Coast Eagles as a match-up coordinator.
