Bio
Recruited from Clifton Hill CYMS, Kevin Deagan was a half-forward whose brief VFL career was defined by his service in the RAAF during World War II. Standing 183cm, he broke into the Richmond side in 1944 but found his tenure at Punt Road frequently interrupted by military postings. These duties took him across the country, allowing him to play in services competitions in Darwin and Queensland, as well as making a rare cameo for the combined Sturt-South Adelaide team in the SANFL while stationed in South Australia. Deagan returned to the Tigers for a final pair of matches in 1946 before moving on to play for Victoria Brewery in the amateur leagues.
